Free As A Bird- LOC

Free As A Bird
I'm thrilled to tell you about a wonderful stamp company called Layers Of Color
I'm even more thrilled to tell you I was asked to be a Guest Designer for the Month of August.
Let me introduce you to my first piece done with the darling stamp set Royal Birds,
I colored the birds with distress inks and a Dove blender.
Rather appropriate, don't you think?
Layers Of Color also has their own line of art stencils.
I used their Natural Flourish Art Stencil in my background.
A Tim Holtz bird cage and Bracket painted with acrylics to look like rust.
A chipboard tag and leaf ribbon complete the card.
I'll be back next week to share more with Layers Of Color!

Okay, so Mostly? When you start talkin' "Stamping" it's all Greek to me! LOL

I finished a package of goodies for you today though, and Hopefully, it'll go out tomorrow or Friday....I've been alternating between the Garden's and the Studio with this "heatwave" or should I say "DRY wave!"

Look for a parcel soon! Love and Hugs,
