Lynn, this is so beautiful!!! I've been seeing a lot of sea things lately and am feeling I need to do a crazy quilt seascape. Oh, if only I could stitch faster.

I love your little baby chick too! How precious!

another wow when your page loaded. like the use of the string and gauze on the bottom. didn't have time to comment the other day, but i also like the ccc#7 entry. the red background really sets it off.
i hope the little chick is doing okay. i grew up on a farm and tried to save every runt and injured animal we had. by the time i was 8 i had enough experience to have a pretty good success rate considering the shape of the critters when i started. lots of tears shed over the ones that didn't make it but so much joy when i was successful.

Hey, Lynn!! Love the steampunk-inspired canvas--it's gorgeous!!! Also--congrats on being a mom again!!! :-) I didn't know you had chickens! So do my sister and her family--the kids entered poultry at the county fair a couple of weeks ago and placed 4th, 5th, and 6th. Hope your little chick continues to do well!!!
