I had shared a picture of the Cover of the Altered book I am working on recently. Here's one of the pages. I have been having so much fun using the stamps Country Girl and Farm Boy fromOxford Impressions I was inspired from the new book by Ruth Rae.
I Fell in Love With The Farmers Daughters. The Full page.
A close up of some hand stitching.
On Page two I stamped the image on muslin. Layered fabrics stitched and topped with sheer organza.
A close up of the text heart and flowers encased in the organza.
This also fits with the Craft challenge at Gingersnap Creations
Come join in the fun!

Steampunk -A Man Among Boys
Its Thursday and another sample of some Steampunk art for Artistic Outpost using the newest images from the Steampunk plate. I thought the fabric reminded me of the old time hats the conductors wore years ago. I used metallic card stock and ran it through the cuttlebug. Added a clock hand and a piece from an old typewriter for the train gate.

Oxford Impressions New Stamps
I have been having so much fun experimenting with lots of new stamps from the newest collection at Oxford Impressions
I'm working on an Altered book. Here's the front cover. I used the new stamps from Farm Boy and a couple images from Country girl. Isn't it just fun! and right in time for planting season! Added some chicken wire, moss and a copper name plate. I covered the book with Ferro and Tera, It really looks like old rusty metal. I'll be sharing more as my book progresses!
