Tim's December Tag Challenge

I finally had a chance to play along in Tim's Tag challenge
you can find all the entries here Tim Holtz.
For the month of December my rendition of his poinsettia tag.
Layered mine with vintage music paper, a gold Dresden flower and glitter paper.
I didn't have his poinsettia die but his flower die worked really well.
Layered up the deer die. Added some vintage green velvet leaves.

A bonus this month was the Jan. tag.
Well I couldn't resist making mine all pink and girlie! LOL
I doubt you'll ever see Tim doing a pink snowman or should I say snow woman!
but Love how this one turned out!
Followed his background and used the snowman snow woman die cut.
Crackled her up and added some snow to Tim's Ransom letters
I also used a bit of the snowflake tape.
Be sure to check out al those wonderful tags this month.

Love all the techniques you used in your tags. The crackling looks great on the snowwoman. BTW, I once made an "Otto Woman" ottoman!

I really like the clean lines of the first tag. Layering the flower with the gold dresden die cut really adds a lot of impact to the poinsettia. And the pink snow woman looks fab in her frosty crackle covering. Love the photo setting of it nestled amongst the pink tinsel.
