Steampunk #2 and a Sneak peek and Three Muses

As promised here's another little Steampunk ATC. If you see in the background theres a little sneak peek of a partial image of a Paris balloon from a new plate being released next week from I Brake For Stamps. I am so enjoying playing with this new style of art. Start saving all those old watch parts ladies! This also fits in with the The Three Muses challenge using Something Old Something New.

Hi Lynn-great piece, and thank you for clarifying what Steampunk was. I keep seeing this word everywhere, but I felt a little out of the loop, but I felt that I should have known. I should have--it's one of the main things that I'm attracted to in art. Thank you for visiting my blog--looking forward to your future posts.

Such a fun piece this is, Lynn. I haven't played yet with steampunk, but should. I love all the little bits and pieces and how folks fit them together in different ways. I'll have to keep an eye out also for the new stamp release at IBFS. Thanks for the heads up! :) Happy New Year!

Happy is the day when you found steam punk, Lynn!! Your sculptor's eye knows just what to do with it. The results are simply amazing. There are a lot of digital kits around with steam punk of every description but digital doesn't come anywhere near what you have achieved with the real thing. Absolutely scrumptious.
Thanks so much for joining in our last challenge of 2009. Hope to see you back this year (when you have the time!!).
Happy New Year to you and your family, Lynn. Sometimes I smile to myself when I hear people complaining about the tiny problems in their life. You are always cheerful and upbeat and I admire you hugely for that. You have a great heart.
