Where Bloggers Create

Karen at My Desert Cottage
is hosting a blog hop where 185 bloggers are showing where they create.

Welcome to my Gallery/Studio. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your visit. My Gallery/Studio is divided into 3 rooms. You enter the Gallery portion So I started with these pictures first. The room is divided by a wood beamed wall that enters my Studio, this is where all my creating gets done. The third room is where I store my paints and tools (We won't be going there!!!) Not to much to see... theres about 300 gallons of paint and tools, stains, brushes etc. So lets get started shall we?

Heres a few pictures of the Gallery half of my Studio/Gallery filled with Paintings, prints, wood carvings and some paper crafts.

My STUDIO -My cutting station, paper, etc.

Some finised pieces and where I find my inspiration when I've lost my muse!

A few of my Shrines

My cuttlebug station and things just waiting to be created and a few cherished art pieces from friends :)

Some close up of my goodie shelves.

Embellishments and some finished projects
Found objects just waiting to be created
Some of my game embellishments
My Markers and brushes

My Unmounted stamp storage

A little Blog Candy
Thanks for stopping by to see my gallery. I would like to show my appreciation by giving away a little something. If you leave a comment at the end of this post I'll enter you in the drawing for this little bracelet I made. I,ll draw a name Sunday evening 9:p.m MST.

Good Grief. It looks like a gallery not a work space. You are so organised! Nothing like my chaos. How do you ever leave that room? How do you keep it so tidy. when I start working piles of things come out and clutter every surface.
Yours is glorious.

Ewwwwww! Hooked! Love the little wire bust with the sparkly pieces dressing it up. And the gloves! What is it about an old pair of gloves? I think I could walk into your studio and just gaze around at everything for an entire day. It says "come on in".

Thanks for sharing!

First, thanks for coming to my blog party!

And, secondly, I LOVE your studio! So neat. So put together. So not like my crack house. LOL

I LOVE your shrines and mixed media pieces AND your goodies shelves!

I have a question about your unmounted stamp storage.
What did you use??? I have HUNDREDS and they're stored in binders which works okay, but I love your storage system. Can you help me here?

Again, I love your studio! Have a great party:)

Warmly, Jan

I am especially interested in your shrines, as I've just started making them myslef, and I am very inspired by yours. I wish I'd known about the studio event in time to participate myself, but I so love visiting the creative spaces of other artists, that I plan to go and take the tour myself, even if I am a bit late. Butnow, back to your blog!
