Cake Decorating Party!

We have a line-up of fantastic crafting chefs that will inspire you to get into your creative kitchens and whip up some delicious artwork! Our party hostess is Gunn Thelin Knutsen  who is generously sharing her cake with us today! Come whet your appetite with her creative paper cake slice boxes that are marvelously decorated with Layers of Color.

This is truly how you can have your cake and eat it too! Enjoy a tasty cake fresh from the oven,
while being creative with Layers of Color, pretty papers, laces, flowers, and even jewelry!
Well we can't have cake without a cup of coffe or tea now can we. For my cake I used Bird Queen Cling Art Stamp and Natural Florish Art Stencil 
For my paper tea cup and saucer I used Royal Birds Clear Art Stamp Set 


My frosting is a bit of art glitter and some crept paper fringe I made.

When I first saw the photos, I thought, flipping heck, how did she manage to match her slice of cake to that tea cup and saucer so well, and how on earth did she ever find a tea cup that colour anyway??? Took me a while to realise that you made the teacup as well, lol. Thats what I call great work.

  20. This is so delish! I love the crepe paper fringy stuff and the crown is one of my favorite stamps! Good grief the cake alone was great but the tea cup absolutely wonderful!

  38. Lynn this is my third time coming to see your beautiful cake and tea cup, they truly are gorgeous!
    I do not have the template for the cake even, so I haven't a clue about the tea cup...if it is something you can share I would love to have them.
