A Fiber Bird Nest Hanging

Whats that saying? A Bird in the hand is better than one in the bush???
Or something like that. How about a bird nest in a glove.
I made a tiny little fiber nest that sits inside a vintage crochet glove.
Lots of lace, feather and an egg hanging from 
a branch of our contorted filbert.
My creation  for the MAMA swap.
Hope my partner Heather likes it.

Its been a couple of rough weeks missing our little fur baby 
but with each passing day it gets a bit better.

    Oh Lynn this is absolutely so sweet.
    Using the glove for a nest is such a neat idea. I think I remember wearing similar ones when I was very young.
