Have A Cow!!!

Sorry but couldn't resist the title, I remember using that saying when I was younger. Hows that for showing my age? Aren't these just the sweetest images from the new Farm Boy plate at Oxford Impressions? I created the background using the Faux Rusty Metal technique from the newest
TJ newsletter. I thought the checkered Graphics 45 paper fit well with the country feel. Tied on some torn fabric and a old milk bottle cap.

Just happened to catch your post before I sign off, this is a lovely piece, since I live in the country and (used to be married to..) a farmer, I really like this. Love the checkered paper, really does have that country feel, everything really works together here!

Lynn -

LOVE THIS! It reminds me of the dairy farms we used buy milk at when I was a kid! Fantastic! Oh and yeah, I remember telling my friends and siblings "Don't have a cow!". Have not thought of that in years. Thanks for the trip down memory lane - LOL!

Way cool! I just love those old milk bottle caps. They bring back memories, cuz we used to get milk delivered in glass bottles years ago. (I was just a kid, but I remember it well!)

What a fun piece!! Wonderful elements. And yes, I remember saying "Don't have a cow"... was that the same era as "gag me with a spoon"? ROFL! Too funny!
